INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT: Did you know that you can request reimbursement for my lactation services under the Affordable Care Act (ACA)? For more information, head to the National Women’s Law Center.
The insurance company would reimburse you directly, so Bethpage Lactation does not bill them. Instead, Bethpage Lactation will provide you with the appropriate documentation to submit to them for reimbursement back to you. That means that you would still cover the cost of each appointment and then pursue insurance payment back to you.
