Office Lactation Consultations

I offer a comfortable, welcoming space in my In-Home Office in Bethpage, NY, where you can feel relaxed and at ease. During your visit, I provide full support for both you and your baby. This includes:

A thorough examination of you and your baby
Assistance with feeding (positioning, latching)
Monitoring your baby’s weight before and after feeding to track milk intake
Troubleshooting any breastfeeding challenges
A functional oral evaluation of your baby
A detailed lactation assessment to create a personalized care plan just for you and your baby

As part of your care plan, I will also provide you with an infant massage video to support your baby’s growth and development.

In addition to lactation support, I specialize in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) and Craniosacral Therapy (CST) techniques. These bodywork services are not covered by insurance but can be added to your lactation visit as an add-on for an additional fee, whenever time allows. You can also schedule a separate, dedicated session for CFT or CST if you’d prefer a more focused approach to your needs.

As an added benefit, I offer two weeks of post-consultation support. During this time, you can reach out to me via email or secure messaging with any questions or concerns, ensuring you have continued support as you follow your care plan.

Virtual Lactation Consultation

While in-person appointments are always preferred for the best hands-on support, virtual consultations can also be very helpful in addressing your lactation concerns. During our HIPAA-compliant Google Meet session, we’ll discuss any questions or concerns you’ve identified in your health and lactation history forms.

If possible, I will observe a feeding and provide guidance to enhance the latching or bottle-feeding experience. Feel free to ask any and all questions you may have during our session!

Our visit will focus on addressing your primary concerns about your lactation journey, and together, we’ll create a personalized plan to support both you and your baby in achieving feeding success.

All initial and follow-up visits include up to 2 weeks of follow-up support via secure messaging.
